Software licences

If you bought a licence through a marketplace, that marketplace's refund rules apply and a request should be made there. We will support any decision they reach.

Bought directly

If you bought directly from us, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the software does not work as described and we cannot put it right for you.

What is not refundable

• A change of mind after the product has been installed and used;
• Incompatibility with a hosting environment that does not meet the published requirements;
• Customisation, installation or support work already carried out.
