Terms of Service
Last updated 30 August 2026
This is a starting draft. Replace it with wording that fits your business and your jurisdiction before you take real customers. Edit it under Content › Legal pages in the admin panel.
1. Who we are
This service is operated by Rentframe ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you may bind that business.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done through your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe someone else has access to it.
You must give accurate details when you register, and keep them current.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service to break the law, or to help anyone else do so;
- upload material you have no right to share;
- attempt to access data belonging to another account;
- probe, scan or overload the service, or interfere with anyone else's use of it;
- resell or redistribute the service without our written agreement.
4. Your data
The records you enter — properties, leases, renters, payments, documents — remain yours. We process them to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You may export or delete them at any time.
5. Renters and third parties
If you invite renters to the resident portal, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold and share their information, and for what you choose to share with them.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend it for maintenance, and we will give notice where we reasonably can.
7. Fees
Where fees apply, they are shown before you commit. Unless stated otherwise they are exclusive of tax, and they are not refundable except as set out in our refund policy or as required by law.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that materially breaches these terms, and we will explain why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
9. Liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
11. Contact
